These terms and conditions govern the use of the balloon decoration and garland services provided by ICONIC BALLOONS to you. By using our balloon decorations and garland service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Booking:

To book our balloon decoration and garland service you must provide us with the necessary details, including event date and time, location, size, colour scheme and any specific requirements

Booking is subject to availability.

1.2 Payment

A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. A full payment is due at least 7 days before the event date. Payments can be made in full when ordering balloon decorations and garlands. We accept payment via Eftpos, debit and credit card, bank transfer and cash.

A $75 dollar security deposit will also be charged. This amount is refundable when equipment and accessories are returned undamaged to ICONIC BALLOONS.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1 Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing 14 days before the event date. If you cancel within 14 days of the event date no refund of the 20% deposit will be provided.

2.2 Refunds:

A refund for cancellation will be issued via the same payment method if the terms and conditions stated above are adhered to.

A refund for the $75 security deposit will be issued via the same payment method on return or pick up of undamaged equipment and accessories. You will be issued an inventory list to ensure all equipment is accounted for and returned to ICONIC BALLOONS.

3. Delivery and Setup:

3.1 Delivery

We can deliver and set up the balloon decorations and garlands at the agreed-upon location and time for an additional cost. It is your responsibility to ensure that the venue is accessible and ready for set up.

3.2 Ownership:

All equipment and accessories apart form the balloons remain our property and these items must be returned to ICONIC BALLOONS or picked up if this has been arranged prior to the event. Changes and Modifications:

4. Changes:

4.1 Changes

You may request changes or modifications to the balloon decorations and garland design up to 14 days before the event, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

5. Liability and Damage

5.1 Liability:

We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of the use of our balloon decorations or garlands.

5.2 Damage:

If the balloon decoration or garland and equipment provided is damaged during the event due to negligence or misconduct the security refund will not be returned to cover for repair and replacement costs.

6. Weather conditions

6.1 Weather:

We are not responsible for any adverse weather conditions that may affect the balloon decorations or garland. Outdoor setups are subject to weather related risks.

7. Photography and Promotion

7.1 Photography:

We reserve the right to photograph the balloon decoration or garland setup for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon writing.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate the service if you breach these terms or if there are circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from fulfilling our obligations. In such cases, a refund may be provided at our discretion.
